  • Atlas of the Adjacent Regions of the Armenian World: Volume A: Western Armenia The Atlas of the Armenian World and Adjacent Regions is the first complete and comprehensive cartographic image of our country. Detailed maps (diameter: 1 cm = 3 km) show all the regions, provinces and regions of the Armenian World. In total, Volumes A and B of the Atlas included 70,000 and 60,000 toponyms, respectively.
  • Volume A covers the territory of Western Armenia, Volume B covers Eastern Armenia and the current Armenian states (Armenia and Artsakh). All the Armenian toponyms have been restored in the atlas, the location of many geographical objects has been specified. The maps contain various natural and man-made elements, which have had their Armenian names for about 5,000 years.
  • In addition, the existing Greek, Russian, Arabic, Persian, Assyrian, Hittite, Chaldean and other toponyms existing in the Armenian World have been restored and clarified. The atlas is of interest not only to specialists (Armenologists, geographers, cartographers, etc.) but also to readers interested in the history and geography of Armenia.
